The House Crow is also known as the Indian Greynecked, Ceylon Crow or Colombo Crow. It is a common bird and as it was the first time for me to see it, I thought it was not really a Crow; but then again looking at the its bill, it was a Crow alright with the grey feathers.

It is originally found in Asia but it can be seen almost around the world and I suspect because people took them as pets. In Nepal it is just seen just about anywhere. In other countries you will find a lot of Pigeons in the city and just about anywhere but this country, the most common is the House Crow.
