The Chestnut-headed Bee-eater or Merops leschenaultiand sometimes calledBay-headed bee-eater, is a resident breeder in the Indian subcontinent and adjoining regions, ranging from India east to Southeast Asia.

During the hot season the Green Bee-Eaters (resident) would enjoy the summer insect bounties, then the Blue-Tailed Bee-Eaters showed up in September and there are few now. They must be somewhere. God is good, another Bee-Eater showed up for us to enjoy. Truly this is a beautiful Bee-eater, it is quite a craze now for every one to shoot a perfect bokeh background, clarity, and fantastic composition.
