This was easy. At the Ranger’s station before going in the jungle through a dirt road going up Panoengthong, the rangers set up a branch and they provided a water container for a bird-bath last summer so birds could come and cool down. Well, it was one way that they could be saved from a serious drought in Thailand.
We are quite happy that this bird was just there around and we don’t have to find them in the jungle anymore, that gave us a chance to take as much photographs as we can before we could move on to the next bird of interest.
