The Orange-bellied Leafbird or Chloropsis hardwickii was also there as one of the birds feeding on the flowers and whatever they get from the barks and branches of this tree. Feeding on insects, nectar, and spiders, this bird is native to central and eastern Himalayas, Yunnan, and northern parts of Southeast Asia.

Engine overheating from the previous day of going up Doi Lang in Chiang Mai, as we were driving back to fang we were happy that we had just to go downhill sparing the engine from working too hard or else we had to add water into the radiator again. As we were going down, well, the inevitable law of “what goes up must come down” was the reality. We are going up this time to check our engine and add water, as we did that, we stopped by this huge flowering tree, and little did we realized that that tree was a regular stop over for bird watchers. It was out first time there so were were guessing bird locations.
