A fluffy cuteness that breeds in China and winters in the Southeast Asia in temperate forests; the Buff-throated Warbler is a joy of a find. It graced us several times enough for us to take some good photographs at the early hour of the morning. Doi San Ju is a bird treasure haven in which the unexpected appears to give some smile to an eager birder. The cold was okay and missing our early coffee was compensated.
Thanks a lot to Ayuwat Jearwattanakanok for his expertise, I can’t identify the warblers on my own, there is no way. Thanks a lot to Guide Green Patrawut as well for giving us such a fantastic driver. The challenge of doing the job as natural as it should is another business to fulfill, thanks a lot to Khun Sirin for allowing us to set our hide just by the ditch so we could be looking at the bird straight to the eyes. Well, it was difficult to set our portable chairs, you have to damage one in order to sit in such a situation.
