One of the best surprise we had before reaching the Siamese Crocodile, we found this lovely Indochinese Water Dragon on a branch just few feet above the water and as we were on the river bank path, it was easy for us see and take photographs. It would have been very hard for us to find it if not for the people who were there of us. we found them on the path taking photographs of something that was well camouflaged and difficult to find hidden in between branches and leaves.

This beauty is a native to China and Mainland Southeast Asia; it is also called Asian Water Dragon, Thai Water Dragon, and Green Water Dragon. We were so glad that the the green reptile allowed us to take photographs and kept still.
