Trimeresurus macrops  is also called the Large-eyed Pit Viper and Green Pit Viper and is endemic to Southeast Asia in Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Thailand in which Kaeng Krachan National Park is a fantastic habitat for this snake.

This snake is nocturnal and diurnal, arboreal, and venomous; eating Frogs, Geckos, Birds, and Rodents.

One of the most beautiful Vipers that I have seen at Kaeng Krachan National Park and thanks again to David Frohlich and his friend for sharing the snake with me and other wildlife photographers who were around when we were indulging ourselves of several snakes they captured to be photographed.

I just love this Viper so much, don’t get me wrong, it’s not because I love this snake that i will be handling it with my bare hands, no, I did not. I am scared of snakes as well, but I have my 100% admiration and love to all animals.
