The Purple-throated Sunbird is a species of bird in which it gathers nectar for food; its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical mangrove forests of Southeast Asia. Where I found this, at Krating Waterfall, there are special plants when they flower, almost all the Sunbird species in Thailand to feed.

I never liked Sunbirds to take photographs with even they are candy-like sweet and extremely unique in catching light in their feathers and reflect it in different iridescent colour display as this; they can’t stop moving around. I had to ignore the incessant movements in order for me to have them. They are just so beautiful in so many ways and to add excitement to this beautiful bird, they like also to feed on beautiful flowers. How’s that? A beautiful bird with beautiful flowers!
