The Barn Owl or Tyto alba is the most widely distributed and common species of owl and also one of the most widespread of all birds. Though this bird is abundant, it has always been chore to get a fantastic capture of this bird until I was invited by Khun รัตตรา เต็มพลัง ( Khun Lat) to come a take photographs in the early hours of the morning; it means, I had to wake up at 3:00 am just to get ready and get there.

I have seen and photographed this bird many times and yet I never had fantastic captures, Arpha Vida Buga-ay and I just relied on the captures we took accidentally in the wild. Khun Supachai Sungkatat Na Ayudhya posted about these two owls and luckily I saw it and I asked for the location, I can’t really thank him enough for sharing and introducing us to Khun รัตตรา เต็มพลัง. I have more images to process, let’s reserve them for the next time after I return from chasing the Himalayan Griffon Vulture .
