The White-throated Rock Thrush or Monticola gularis is a species of bird in the family Muscicapidae but not of Turdidae; it is found in Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, North Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. It is a little bit difficult to find both male and the female at one location sometimes even though one or the other can just be hanging around.

The frame can be too full and one must quickly find away to compose the shot properly or else a precious moment like this can be difficult to find again. Thanks to Khun Rangsan Pisuttiwong who has always been a great friend.
