The White-throated Rock Thrush or Monticola gularis is a species of bird in the family Muscicapidae but not of Turdidae; it is found in Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, North Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. It is a little bit difficult to find both male and the female at one location sometimes even though one or the other can just be hanging around.
I never expected that a White-Throated Rockthrush could be this beautiful. I was thinking it would sound and look like the other thrushes and yet the blue on the wings and the white throat displayed ornaments that can make this bird worthy of such beauty praise saving the noisy-bully cousins of this bird.
