Found in Cambodia, Bhutan, China, India, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, and Thailand; in which the habitat in Doi Lang, Chiang Mai, is perfect for it to thrive as it is tropical moist montane forest. Finding this Flycatcher was a joy, the breast is rusty orange and blue on the top, it is such a beautiful bird.

The journey to get on Doi Lang was really challenging plus the natural elements that became obstacles, making it difficult to get there. Reaching the last checkpoint was the reward; there, fantastic birds live and just around the roadside.
