The Glassy Tiger or Parantica aglea is found in India and it is a butterfly that belongs to the crows and tigers which is a brush-footed-butterfly. The distribution of this species are found in Sri Lanka, Western Ghats and north to Pune and the Niligiris, the Himalayas from Kashmir to Nepal, Myanmar and Thailand where I found this.

Kaeng Krachan National Park is a great habitat for all kinds of animals including insects like the butterfly. I love the pattern of this Butterfly as it is beautiful and also creates a certain unique camouflage when it needs to hide away. All it has to do is find spots and vegetation that is similar to its patterns and then it’s gone. The beauty of nature is beyond the human mind can comprehend. As the Creator also created the butterfly, to understand it, is also understanding the Creator; when man is confused, evolution happened.
